Meet Lori Taylor
Lori Taylor is the founder and owner of AZ Desert Vacations, a woman-owned vacation rental management company serving the Greater Phoenix area. With more than 20 years of experience as a vacation rental owner and investor, Lori brings a unique perspective to property management—one built on firsthand understanding of what owners need and what guests expect.
After a successful career in real estate and mortgage lending, Lori transitioned into the vacation rental industry full-time, combining her passion for hospitality with her experience in real estate investment. Since launching AZ Desert Vacations in 2020, she has helped property owners maximize rental income while protecting and enhancing the long-term value of their homes.
What began with a small portfolio quickly grew through referrals and word of mouth, reflecting Lori's commitment to personalized service, transparent communication, and treating every property as if it were her own investment. Today, AZ Desert Vacations manages vacation homes throughout the Phoenix Valley and has become a trusted partner for both local and out-of-state property owners.
In addition to managing properties in Arizona, Lori owns and operates a successful beachfront vacation rental in Belize. As an out-of-country owner herself, she understands the unique challenges that come with owning a property from a distance and the importance of having a trustworthy, proactive local team looking after your investment. That firsthand experience shapes the way AZ Desert Vacations serves its owners—providing the communication, oversight, and peace of mind that every remote property owner deserves.
