Departure Policy
A quick checklist for the morning you head out. Following it helps us turn the home over for the next guest and keeps your deposit clean.

After 4:00 PM on your arrival day.

Before 11:00 AM on your departure day. We hold firm on 11 AM unless we've agreed to a different time in writing.

Departure checklist
Please leave the home in clean condition. The list below covers everything we ask of departing guests.
Clear all opened food from the refrigerator.
Rinse dishes and load the dishwasher.
Leave used beds unmade.
Take the trash out to the bin.
Put any rearranged furniture back where you found it.
Leave used towels in the tub or on the bathroom floor.
Set the thermostat to 80 degrees (summer).
Lock all doors on your way out.
Travel safely!

We're happy to ship forgotten items home. There is a $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage and packaging. Email info@azdesertvacations.com with your booking dates and a description of the item and we'll get it back to you.
