Just a few minutes away is the Avondale Sports Complex which includes indoor soccer, basketball and workout centers for the general public at a small fee. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 car garage to make your stay feel truly welcoming. Before stepping outside, catch a game on the big screen TV. Outside you'll find an outdoor kitchen with grill, heated pool, comfortable patio furniture, and room for hours worth of relaxing conversations. Our home has AC, heat, & ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool on those hot Arizona days, and warm when it's chilly! There is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom with king bed, and two additional bedrooms featuring double bunks. There is more than enough room to spread out and relax after a long day of fun! We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay. Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately. This home has a gas pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Gas pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees. We'll make it EASY for you! ✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. An exterior security Ring camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces - Must be at least 25 years old to book Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community.
