This home comfortably accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms, including a king suite. This home is just a short walk away to the neighborhood park that includes basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. Just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Chandler where you will find variety of cafes, restaurant, art galleries, and home to Arizona’s largest brewery & distillery, SanTan Gardens. Other nearby local attractions include: San Marcos Golf Course, Chandler Fashion Center, Veterans Oasis Park, and More! **Pool may be heated for $75 per night.** This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take a minimum 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heaters are able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees depending on the temperatures outside. NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There are also a camera covering the side gate and driveway. There are no interior cameras. POLICIES -- - No smoking - NO events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book ✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you. Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community.
