The camera does not look into any interior spaces -- POLICIES -- - NO smoking - NO pets allowed - NO events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.

We had such a fun time with our extended family. The pool was great for the kids. The house was extremely clean. The host was very communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.
Boys golf week for tourney at MVCC and this house worked out perfectly! 4 bedrooms to accommodate our group. Was clean and furniture/bedding all seemed in great shape and relatively new. It was very quiet neighborhood and the backyard alongside of hole #8 was amazing. Spent lots of time out by the pool after the rounds enjoying drinks and dinner. Thunderbird is busy with traffic so there is some street noise but nothing overbearing and you get used to it in a short period of time. Rental company was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Will absolutely consider it again for future tournaments!
